Angie, Tara and Helen Pontani are three showbiz siblings who began training for a show business career at an early age. Raised on a steady diet of MGM Technicolor Musicals, Vintage Vegas chic and dancing school, they grew up with a natural fondness for dance and all things glamorous. They first began performing professionally as a trio in 1998, where they delighted crowds with their towering fruit headdresses and in-sync high kicks.

Their impeccable choreography and stitch-perfect costumes have garnered them international media attention as well as A list bookings including a run at Las Vegas’s Venetian and headlining appearances at the largest Burlesque events in the world, including Tease-O-Rama and The New York Burlesque Festival. They have successfully completed nine national tours, been featured on the Conan O’Brien show 5 times, headlined the Crooked Mirror Cabaret as part of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and have done private events for such clients as Fox, Arista Records, The Guggenheim Museum, Target and dozens more. They have shared the bill with some of the most recognizable names in show business, from rock stars Bon Jovi and Blondie to Broadway legends like BeBe Neuwirth and Julie Andrews.

In addition to live performance, the World Famous Pontani Sisters have released 2 DVDs, Go-Go Robics I & II. The kitschy Burlesque-inspired workout videos have become cult classics among fitness fanatics, retro enthusiasts and couch potatoes alike. The sisters are also the subjects of Showy and 5’2”, a documentary chronicling their rise to success, which made its debut at the 2004 Cannes Film Festival.

The Sisters have been featured guests on Late Night with Conan O'Brien several times, the Caroline Rhea show, Good Day New York, Fox 5's "The Pulse", The WB11 Morning Show and more. They danced in Times Square for Drugstore.com. They also performed at Super Bowl 2003 for Fox 5 and have entertained at private events for mega corporations such as Target, Arista Records, Bloomberg, Drugstore.com as well as, JANE Magazine, The Guggenheim Museum, Las Vegas' Venetian and so on.

The Pontani Sisters have completed eight national tours headlining and packing houses at premiere venues and festivals across the country. "The grand dames of the burlesque movement." Ever the entrepreneurs, in 2002, The World Famous Pontani Sisters released "Go Go Robics", this 45 minute long Go Go, Burlesque instructional work out video that is truly an anomoli! Go Go Robics has been featured on Fox 5's The Pulse, The San Francisco Examiner, Entertainment Weekly and BUST. This saucy and sexy dance video continues to be a top seller on amazon.com and in record stores everywhere!

Helen, Tara and Angie Pontani are a trio of choreographed cuties who have taken their own brand of Burlesque around the world! The Sisters have been featured performers at top venues across the nation, from The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas to the Super Bowl in San Diego. Their heavy touring schedule has helped bring Burlesque to a national level!

The Richmond News heralds the Pontanis as "leaders of the Burlesque phenomenon." The Boston Pheonix exclaims that they are "grand dames of the Burlesque Movement."

They have been featured guests on several television programs like Conan O'Brien, Caroline Rhea, Fox 5's The Pulse and more. The Sisters have been photographed and featured in countless magazines and books and have recently released an instructional dance video "Go Go Robics" where you can learn to dance like a Pontani Sister!

The girls are known for their opulent, over the top costumes and flawless foot sync, as well as their Busby Berkely inspired choreography! With a repertoire of over 35 routines, each Pontani Sister performance is uniquely different than the last!
